Recently we employed the services of Darren Adams, from Darren Adams Plumbing and Drainage, to install a Natural Flow system at our bach in the Eastern Bay of Islands. We first contacted Darren approximately four years ago about installing a wastewater system. We knew our site was going to be problematic as we are in the vicinity of a beach.

He met us on-site on several occasions and we have really appreciated his advice and skill. He gave us options of possible sites where the tanks could be situated and after changing our mind as to where we thought they should be, we are very happy with where they have been sited. The final position of the tanks is better than what we had hoped for.

We have a site that has minimal usable land and Darren was able to install the tanks in an area that didn’t impact the flat, usable backyard which we enjoy for outdoor living.

He went out of his way to meet our requests and has at all times been helpful and communicative. He kept us informed at all stages of the work so we were never “in the dark” about what was happening and what to expect next. He was very tidy in his work and we were left with no clean-up after he finished, even when the installation was over the very wet winter period.

We are very happy with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend Darren and his team to anyone looking to install a Natural Flow system or use his drainage installation services.
